About the presenters:

Marina FalkinaMarina Falkina is in charge of providing Envoy’s Canadian immigration services. Marina brings to Envoy over sixteen (16) years of experience in Canadian immigration field, inclusive of her previous experience working as an Immigration Assistant at the Canadian Consulate General in Detroit, MI (1996-1997).

Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor (Ontario, Canada), as well as an Associated Degree in Humanities & Social Sciences from Washtenaw Community College (Ann Arbor, MI, USA). Marina is a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), RCIC, and has considerable experience interacting with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Service Canada, as well as Canadian, US and global immigration attorneys and other governmental agencies
 

Jim YangJim Yang is a licensed Canadian Immigration Practitioner and is a Subject Matter Expert on Canadian immigration policies and procedures. Jim has over six years of corporate immigration experience across several industries including Oil & Gas, Technology, Transportation, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Professional Services.

Jim provides comprehensive policy consulting, case strategy and compliance advice for Canadian immigration, and has project experience with immigration process optimization.

Prior to joining Envoy, Jim worked in multi-national immigration firms where he was responsible for managing the delivery of business immigration services for corporate accounts and consulted on all sorts of Canadian immigration matters ranging from work permits, visas, LMIAs, and permanent residency
