Denial & Revocation of Certification - CPHR NL

When you attain your Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification, you establish yourself as one of the highest ranking and skilled professionals in HR representing: the profession, the Chartered Professional in Human Resources – Canada (CPHR Canada), and Chartered Professional in Human Resources Newfoundland and Labrador (CPHR NL). As such, you are expected to practice the profession to the best of your ability and in accordance with Chartered Professional in Human Resources – Canada’s Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct.

To maintain your CPHR, you must:

  • Maintain your CPHR NL membership in good standing;
  • Adhere to CPHR Canada’s Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct; and
  • Stay current as per the continuing professional development criteria.
