This webinar will explore practical strategies for recruiting and retaining Indigenous employees in today’s workforce. Designed for HR professionals, the session will provide guidance on developing effective recruitment policies, outreach methods, and hiring practices that respectfully engage Indigenous talent.

Participants will also learn how culturally safe workplaces contribute to long-term retention, employee wellbeing, and stronger organizational performance. Drawing on trauma-informed and culturally grounded approaches, the session will highlight ways HR leaders can strengthen workplace culture, support Indigenous employees, and move beyond recruitment toward meaningful inclusion, career development, and advancement.
