Many of us have not yet been taught the skills to navigate mental health in the workplace, barely scratching the surface of reducing the stigma of mental health at work.
Delivered by trained Workplace Mental Health Advisors, this certificate program will build your skills so you can feel confident engaging in mental health conversations in the workplace, giving you the language, knowledge and confidence to connect with your team, your Business and your Executive, and offer support in ways that meet them where they’re at and is also good for your organization.

- Immersive, case-study focused, live training, virtually delivered
- Six modules, each 3.5 hours for a total of 21 hours of learning
- Cohort-based, maximum 25 people per cohort
- Practice embedding learned theory and skills with small group work and discussions

About the Presenter
Lindsay Recknell and the team at Paradigm Corporate Wellness aim to normalize conversations about mental health in the workplace and raise mental health maturity so all team members can thrive.
