About the presenter: |
Whether it’s a colleague or one of her many happy clients, all can agree that Jennifer MacKay has a “knack” for leading people. Responsible for managing ADP Canada’s Small Business clients and their HR needs, Jennifer has remained steadfast in fulfilling a well-focused mantra: to find and nurture talent through their development into well-rounded, confident and agile experts. With a background in telecommunications, logistics and third-party outsourcing, Ms. Mackay’s work has taken her across Canada and abroad, including two years living in the Caribbean. About to complete a certification in Human Resources Management, Jennifer’s academic achievements include an BA in Anthropology from York University. Hailing originally from Toronto, Jennifer now calls Halifax home with her husband and precocious puppy “Fenway”. While she considers herself a big Boston sports fan, Jennifer will always hold a candle in hopes for her hometown Leafs to one day win the Stanley Cup! |
