The labour market has shifted significantly over the last decade, pushing Canada’s workforce growth to near zero. This coupled with the rise of social media and a meteoric gig economy has created candidates with a wide degree of individual choice.
So, what do you do when “You don’t select the talent – the talent picks you.”
You attend an HR management webinar – and see first-hand the brand building and recruitment strategies and tactics adopted by today’s top tier Canadian employers.
With over 40,000 Canadian clients, Jennifer will share data exclusive to ADP – unavailable anywhere else. Participate in the conversation, compare the data to yours and your colleague’s work-place reality, and leave with practical HR solutions you can implement today.
The key ingredients for continued industry success are in place. If you’re planning how your company can adapt and leverage the needs of the future workforce – then this is the session for you.
