FREE CPHR Webinar: Workplace Wellbeing & The Hidden Iceberg

November 19, 2024 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Description:

When it comes to employee wellbeing, one written complaint could lead you straight into an iceberg of problems. The complaint could be an isolated incident; However, it may be that someone has finally chosen to bring an issue forward that’s been festering for a long period of time. It’s in these situations that it is imperative to get a sense of what’s going on under the surface to break those problems down and ensure a healthy workplace environment.

While exit interviews may uncover problematic behaviour, the lack of a formal complaint may leave no clear course of action. Similarly, there may be a pattern of high turnover without a discernible cause.

This seminar will help you understand what you can do to discover the hidden parts of the iceberg and address any underlying issues that could be there, deep under the surface.

Learning Objectives:
  • How to recognize why an employee may or may not consider making a formal complaint
