IMPORTANT – If you are unable to attend please complete the Proxy Form 2018 as your proxy counts towards the Quorum. In order for business to be conducted, a quorum of 20 members must be met. If you do not wish to appoint a proxy holder, then you will be eligible to vote electronically. Please email your completed Proxy Form to [email protected].
