Member Discounts for Advertising

A rate discount of ten percent (10%) on all advertising is available to members of CPHR NL and the companies in which they are employed.

Advertising Procedures

1. Final approval of all advertising requests will rest with the Association’s Director of Communications.
2. The Association reserves the right to refuse an organization to advertise to its members if it deems the company, product or service not to be in keeping with CPHR NL’s mandate and values.
3. All materials for electronic notices must be supplied in web-ready form; otherwise, development costs will be billed to the advertiser.
4. Advertisers will be invoiced, and payment must be made in advancement of the final advertisement being placed.
5. Advertising rates will be reviewed on an annual basis.

ELECTRONIC BROADCAST (E-BLAST)

Rate per item:  $300+HST

• One-time advertisement/article in our bi-weekly member-exclusive electronic newsletter.
• One-time exclusive electronic broadcast (e-blast) to the membership.
• One-time advertisement on our three social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram).

This can be one of the following:

• Professional Learning and Educational Opportunities
• Job postings (also consider the CPHR Atlantic HR Job board for this)
• Surveys
• Events

The expected send out date is normally within two weeks from invoice payment. Specific dates can be requested for consideration.

NOTE: For messages offering Professional Learning and Educational opportunities to CPHR NL members, the Association will also include a reference to the organization’s training offerings in its member bi-weekly newsletter two times leading up to a session at no additional cost.
