AI for HR: What’s Working, What’s Not, and What’s Next?

September 17 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Description

Following our recent AI for HR session with Nick Beynon, we’re bringing members together for a more informal and interactive discussion focused on how HR professionals are actually using AI in their work.

Rather than another presentation, this facilitated roundtable will explore real-world experiences, successes, challenges, and lessons learned. Participants will have the opportunity to share prompts, discuss AI tools they’re using, compare approaches, and collaborate on improving results.

Participants are encouraged to bring a prompt, workflow, challenge, or AI use case to discuss with the group.

This session is designed as a conversation rather than a webinar. The value comes from sharing experiences, learning from peers, and exploring practical ways to get better results from AI.

Topics may include,

  • AI agents and when they are worth building
  • Custom instructions and personalization
  • Improving prompt quality
  • Creating the right tone and voice
  • HR use cases that actually save time
  • Common frustrations and how to overcome them
  • Responsible and ethical AI use
  • Emerging tools and opportunities
