Webinar: Managing Intergenerational Teams

September 24 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

CPHR CPD: 1.0 Online Webinar

Program Overview

Description

Five generations. One workplace. How do you create an employee experience that works for everyone?

Today’s workplace brings together more generations than ever before, yet many organizations continue to rely on assumptions about what different age groups want or need. In reality, the most successful teams focus less on generational stereotypes and more on creating a culture of trust, respect, fairness, and belonging for everyone.

This session explores how leaders and HR practitioners can use the Great Place To Work Trust Model to better understand and lead intergenerational teams. Participants will learn practical strategies to bridge communication gaps, strengthen collaboration, and create an employee experience that supports people at every stage of their careers.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the common workplace needs that unite employees across generations
  • Identify leadership behaviors that foster inclusion and belonging across all age groups
  • Discover ways to leverage the strengths, knowledge, and perspectives that different generations bring to the workplace
  • Apply practical approaches to build stronger collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement across generations
