James Miller has been working in the field of Supported Employment for the last 7 years, both in Canada and the UK. In his role as Assistant Manager at posAbilities Employment Service, James supports a team of 10 Employment Specialists to assist people with diverse-abilities to find and sustain competitive employment in their communities. In the last four years, posAbilities have witnessed hundreds stories of success. The part of James’ work that he finds the most enjoyable is the constant potential for surprise. It is his privilege to meet many unique and inspiring people through this work. Each day, James is reminded of the depth of untapped potential that exists within each person; and as a result, their unlimited capacity for success. |
