March 6, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
$50 – $75Mental health and its impact on performance and results is perhaps one of the fastest growing cost concerns for employers and the adage, “change is the constant” is more relevant today than ever before. In this half-day workshop, Dr. Howatt will engage delegates with a dynamic examination of the following:
- Provide a primer on workforce health with emphasis on mental health, stress, coping skills and resiliency;
- Explore the factors impacting workforce health including change, generational differences & the respectful workplace;
- Share his views on the relationship between engagement and productivity; and
- Provide practical resources for impacting workforce health, engagement and productivity.
