FREE Webinar: From Perk to Program: Building Workplace Health Initiatives That Actually Work

July 28 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Date(s): July 28, 2026
Event Time: 2:00-3:00pm
Venue: Online
CPD Hours: 1.0
Burnout is often treated as an individual wellbeing issue, but the evidence points to a different reality. Workload, manager capability, role design, psychological safety, change fatigue, and organizational culture all play a significant role in employee wellbeing and performance.

In this session, HR leaders will explore the organizational factors that contribute to burnout and learn a practical framework for identifying and addressing root causes. Rather than relying solely on wellness initiatives and employee-focused interventions, attendees will learn how to assess workplace conditions, engage leaders, and implement strategies that support sustainable performance across the organization. Participants will leave with practical tools to evaluate current approaches, identify gaps, and build a more integrated organizational health strategy.
