2027 Compensation Planning Outlook Survey is OPEN! - CPHR NL

The 2027 Compensation Outlook survey is now open, and we’re inviting HR professionals, people leaders, and employers across Atlantic Canada to share their insights. Your input helps build one of the most relied‑upon snapshots of compensation trends in our region — from salary movement and recruitment pressures to benefits, retention strategies, and workforce planning.

This year’s survey explores how organizations are adapting to shifting labour markets, inflationary pressures, and evolving employee expectations. By contributing your experience, you’re helping create data that supports better decision‑making for HR teams, executives, and boards.

All survey participants will receive complimentary access to the Compensation Planning Outlook and the Labour Relations Outlook reports.
