Open the "members" tab

Click on "Forums"

Enter title, fill in forum post, and click "Submit"

How To Comment On A Forum Post

Click on the forum post you wish to comment on

to subscribe to the forum post, click subscribe

to comment on the forum post fill in your comment and click "submit"
