Website Login Credentials - CPHR NL

Good day folks, Since we rolled out our new website on February 1, there have been many inquiries about login details not working.  Please be advised that your old login credentials will NOT work on the new website.  To ensure we have the most up-to-date information from our members, and to keep within the budgeted amount for the new website, we did not have the old membership profiles entered from the previous website.  

Our reasoning for this was that on our old website, we were carrying a large number of past members who have since moved, retired or changed career paths and are not current members.  The programming on our previous website did not have a clear or easy way to delete these inactive members before doing any sort of import.  The easiest and most cost-effective way to remove the clutter was start over with a clean slate for our existing members.

On our new website, we ask that you go through a one time registration process to activate your new member profile and ensure we have the most current contact information for you.  To do this, please go to  After you enter your registration details, you will be taken to a payment page where you can complete your payment on our secure credit card processing service.  If your company is paying your fees or you would like to pay via cheque, please choose the “invoice me” option and ensure payment is sent within 30 days.  Our mailing address is:

Your membership will become fully active after your membership fees are paid and your account is approved.  If completing payment via cheque, you are still asked to set up your profile.
