Completed the webinar "Maintaining Engagement During Organizational Change" from the CEB Customer Contact Leadership Council. This was a one hour course that highlighted important factors to consider when going through an organizational change as it relates to employee engagement. This is particularly relevant in my role right now as the organization is going through a lot of transformation/change, and we have a call center that have been particularly sensitive to changes. The course covered "preparing for and understanding the change", "addressing employee barriers to change", and "communicating and monitoring change".
