She is skilled at providing logical\, pragmatic support and is trusted for her professional expertise and experience. \nMs. Belter’s work is focused on transforming and enabling leaders. She is an expert instructional designer and facilitator with experience on a wide range of multi-level\, and global programs. She supports a number of clients on D&I initiatives to enable leaders to lead with an inclusive lens. \nMs. Belter is also an experienced assessor and coach. She has been successful in developing leaders at all career stages in a variety of cultures and sectors including financial services\, industrial and telecommunications. She is certified in several assessment tools.
