He is responsible for institutional leadership\, staff leadership\, technology stewardship\, and accountable for instructional technology\, technology support for faculty\, staff\, and students\, and the university’s cybersecurity program. Nav teaches how to manage in the digital economy in the UVic Division of Continuing Studies and has taught information systems for the Gustavson MBA Program. \nNav holds a BSc in computer science and an MBA (Service Management) from UVic\, as well as a Master’s Certificate in project management and the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential\, and is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
