DESCRIPTION:Leading a Multi-generational Workforce \nJoin us as Dr. Amy Warren\, explores the impact of having four generations of employees working together.  The session will touch on the perceived differences within the generations and highlight strategies that can be used to challenge misconceptions and to work more effectively as a team.  \nDr. Amy Warren \nDr. Amy Warren is the Director\, Master Employment Relations (MER) Program and an associate professor of human resource management and labour relations at Memorial University of Newfoundland.  She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Master of Employment Relations degree from Memorial University and completed her Ph.D. in Management at Saint Mary’s University. Amy conducts research in the areas of retirement\, goal setting\, health and safety and the multi-generational workplace.
