DESCRIPTION:Leadership & Gender Stereotypes in the Workplace \nJoin us as Dr. Kara Arnold\, provides insights into gender and leadership stereotypes and looks at how these stereotypes influence: \n\nWho is perceived as a leader;\nHow the same leader behaviour gets rewarded differently when enacted by a man or a woman; and\nWhat individuals and organizations can do to address these biases.\n\nKara Arnold \nKara Arnold\, PhD is Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Memorial University’s Faculty of Business Administration. During her tenure at the Faculty of Business she has served as Associate Dean of Research\, Director of the PhD and MSc Programs\, and Area Group Coordinator.
