SUMMARY:FREE Webinar: Salary Transparency: A More and More Vital Tool in Recruitment
DESCRIPTION:Presenter: Elise Marcotte – Senior Manager\, Talent Intelligence\, Indeed\n\n\nDescription:\nThe COVID-19 pandemic years have pushed people to reevaluate their priorities as well as their expectations of their professional lives. Not surprisingly\, economic and financial concerns came to the forefront for many\, which has influenced how they perceive their employer and how they go about searching for new jobs. More and more\, job seekers and employees are requiring transparency around the topic of pay and compensation to be able to focus their efforts towards employers that can meet their needs.Similarly\,employers are finding that salary transparency can have positive implications beyond talent attraction (such as reducing the pay gap and increasing fair pay across the board); however\, the simple fact is that every organization has to start rethinking its communications policies around pay\, as legislation is being proposed and enacted in a growing number of locations in North America\, though\, for many\, it is still taboo. This live webinar will give you insights from Indeed on the importance of salary transparency\, where pay information can be shared\, as well as look at the hesitancy many have regarding honestly sharing their compensation structure.Join Elise Marcotte\, Senior Manager – Talent Intelligence at Indeed\, as she presents research and data by Indeed around Salary Transparency covering such questions as: \n\nWhy is Salary Transparency such a prevalent current topic?\nWhy is it important that we discuss Salary Transparency?\nWhat are reasons to NOT share your company salary information?\nWhere can you share salary information?\n\n\n\n\nWho should attend:\nThis webinar is best suited for Recruitment professionals\, practitioners\, and decision makers who are looking for the latest data and insights around how to develop their talent attraction tactics\, such as improved salary transparency.\n\n\nFormat: Live Online – Zoom Webinar \nQuestions about registration or receipt can be directed to pd@cphrbc.ca.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the presenter:\n\n\n\nTwo-time Olympian and Indeed Senior Manager of Talent Intelligence Elise Marcotte works with businesses in North America\, improving employer brands with insights on job seeker behavior and labor market dynamics.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n \nThis webinar is complimentary to all CPHR Newfoundland & Labrador members. She also keeps busy as a Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach\, who will be taking a team to World Gymnaestrada in Amsterdam later this summer.\n \n\n\nDescription: \n\n\n\n\n\n\nDescription: Every company wants an engaged workforce. Engaged employees are more productive\, stay with companies longer\, and they have a positive impact on company culture. In this webinar\, we’ll dive into what it means to truly prioritize employee engagement in 2023 and what impacts this will have on companies. \nIn this presentation\, you will learn: \n\nHow employee engagement tactics are falling short in 2023\nStrategies and tips for boosting engagement\nThe impact of effective employee engagement\n\n\n\n\nWho should attend:\nBusiness leaders and HR professionals at every level who are looking for new and creative ways to engage their employees in 2023 and beyond.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpecial Notes: \n\n\n\nThis webinar is complimentary to all CPHR NL members.
