Recreational marijuana isn’t legal yet – but much of the associated stigma with its use is already gone\, usage is up\, and employers are feeling the workplace effects. \n  \nDenis Mahoney \nDenis Mahoney is a labour and employment partner in the McInnes Cooper  St. John’s office and has extensive experience advising employers in the oil and gas\, mining\, transportation\, construction and service sectors on a wide range of labour and employment matters.
