Make the Best Tech Hire – Module 2
July 16, 2020 @ 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm
At the rate technology is changing, finding the right talent can be tough. Understanding technology professionals’ backgrounds and professional experiences so you can connect them with the right opportunity can be extremely challenging.
We’ve put together a course that is designed for recruiters, HR professionals, employment counselors, and others to overcome these challenges and help you make the right referrals to your hiring managers and clients.
The tools you will learn in this four-module course will provide you with the knowledge and tech “know-how” necessary to interpret today’s ever-changing technology resume. With modules focused on tech terminology and technical concepts, intake meetings and job descriptions, and hiring outside of your comfort zone, you’ll be better able to understand your candidate and their skill sets, enabling you to make the best recommendations to your hiring managers and clients.
